Responsible corporate governance
We are committed to ethical conduct, transparency, compliance and responsible decision-making. We have integrated our ESG objectives into our corporate governance framework; our ESG Committee supports our operations, and we publish our results in regular sustainability reports.

Solar power plant
One of Budapest's largest rooftop solar installations operates on the roof of Westend, with a capacity of 1.15 MWp and annual renewable energy generation of 1.5 GWh. This is complemented by the annual purchase of 17 GWh of green electricity under a long-term PPA.
Digital building management
Data-driven and AI-based solutions help optimise energy use and measure ESG performance, using real-time consumption and emissions data.
Nature-based solutions
Westend's rooftop garden is a leading example of urban climate adaptation in Hungary. Through water retention measures, rainwater use and support for biodiversity, it helps create a more resilient urban environment.
