Our Innovation Centre is responsible for integrating artificial intelligence into digital processes, managing data assets and digital projects, and sharing knowledge.

Our proprietary platform, ODIN, supports property operations, utilisation and leasing, efficient energy use and an improved visitor experience through digital, data-driven, IoT- and AI-based solutions. DEVO develops these AI-based systems with some of Europe's leading proptech companies and is among the first to use them in Hungary. The solutions used at Westend Shopping Centre, including footfall forecasting and energy optimisation, have created a scalable knowledge base that can now be applied to other properties and markets.

Retail property management

This business area handles the day-to-day operation of the group's property portfolio, including tenant relations, technical operations, energy management and the continuous improvement of the visitor experience.

Industrial property

As an owner and developer of industrial and brownfield properties, DEVO Group takes a long-term approach to preserving, repositioning and sustainably using sites of significant industrial value. Our portfolio includes major locations such as Inota Power Plant and the Almásfüzitő industrial site, whose distinctive features offer many opportunities for future development and business. Preserving long-term value requires continuous facility management, including maintenance, energy management, green energy integration and sustainability improvements.

Film industry

Korda Studios and Korda Filmpark host both international film productions and special events, while Korda Locations provides Hungarian filming locations for domestic and international productions.

Residential development

One of DEVO Group's newly established business areas focuses on residential property and housing projects. The business area is young, but its foundations are not. The group previously carried out substantial property development as a major regional player, and we are now deliberately applying the experience gained there to housing projects.

Airport operations

Covering more than 400 hectares, Tököl Airport is DEVO Group's largest property by area and one of the portfolio assets with the greatest development potential. Located near Budapest, it handles Hungary's second-highest volume of air traffic after Liszt Ferenc International Airport and primarily serves light aircraft, private aircraft and business jets. It also hosts flight schools, professional events, motoring and aviation events, and large-scale outdoor programmes.

Security services

DEVO protects its properties through vertically integrated security operations, while also developing these services as a potentially independent, marketable business area.
